Part of this Sunday’s message was on the reality of consequences for our actions. So many people in today’s society think that they can eliminate the curse of sin, which is the consequence of living life in conflict with how God designed it to be lived. The idea is to change the laws of human society so that wrong actions are not wrong. But the mere words of men do not alter the manner in which God’s universe operates. Unfortunately, people do not live in a vacuum. Therefore, the sins of others will impact those who strive to live righteously and the failings of the righteous will harm those around them. What an individual does, says and how they live will have an effect on the world, for good or bad. Live well. |
